King Ochacho Threatens to Reclaim Land Gifts from Davido, Zlatan, Teni

“Which kind of billionaire is this?” That was the question on many minds after Real estate mogul King Ochacho, whose full name is King Mohammed Odeh Adah, threatened to reclaim the land gifts he gave some celebrities.

King Ochacho issued this warning during a TikTok livestream with content creator Peller on Wednesday night.

Ochacho told the celebrities that they have six months to begin construction on their plots, or he will reclaim the land and give it to another celebrity. He addressed musician Zlatan Ibile and singer Teni directly during the livestream.

“Every celebrity that I gave land to, if you don’t start building your house in the next six months on that land, I will revoke it and give it to other celebrities,” Ochacho said.

He added that music legend 2Face Idibia, known as 2Baba, has already started construction on the land he was gifted, and that Afrobeats star Davido will begin building on his own plot soon.

PELLER AND JARVIS

Content creator Peller, whose real name is Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, was not included in the warning. Ochacho explained that Peller did not receive undeveloped land like the others. Instead, he was given a fully completed penthouse.

The warning comes four days after Ochacho gifted Peller and his wife, Jarvis, a mansion worth ₦400 million in Abuja’s Life Camp area during their wedding on August 1, 2026. Ochacho said the idea came from his own children, who see Peller as a role model.

During the same livestream, Peller gave King Ochacho’s son, known as Ice King, a brand-new Toyota Camry reportedly worth ₦37 million as a birthday gift. He called on his TikTok followers to send Ice King birthday messages.

Peller also promised to mentor Ice King into a music career and help promote his work. In exchange, he asked Ochacho to make Ice King his godson. Ochacho agreed and welcomed Peller into his family. Ochacho described Peller as someone who has “sown a seed into his own mighty ocean.”

The livestream drew a wide reaction online. On X, user @bigswankky shared Ochacho’s warning, which was reposted widely and drew mixed responses. User @oluwa_crystal wrote, “For my life, I never see billionaire wey dey chase clout.”

Other users questioned Ochacho’s stance after his earlier generosity. One reaction on X asked, “Which kind billionaire be this?”

On the Camry gift, user @Emeka39708143 wrote, “Peller don invest for him full future. Generational wealth bagged.” User @thamizhval88561 added, “That’s the only time a birthday wish comes with a loan approval, I guess.”

Some commenters focused on the contrast between Peller’s penthouse and the land given to other celebrities. User @uceeonx wrote, “Wait, he gave others land to build and gave Peller an already built house. Their matter na from heaven, tru tru.”

The Nigerian real estate mogul is preparing to mark his 50th birthday at a venue called Palace 7, where properties reportedly start at ₦400 million.
