U.S. lawmaker Riley Moore has urged prayers following the abduction of 25 schoolgirls and the killing of their vice principal in a brutal attack in Northern Nigeria.
“Please join me in praying for the 25 girls who have been kidnapped and for the repose of the soul of their vice principal who was killed.”Moore said.
While details of the attack remain unclear, it reportedly took place in a Christian enclave, highlighting growing concerns over escalating insecurity in the region.
Moore also called on the Nigerian government to act decisively, stressing that such acts of violence have become far too frequent and must be stopped.
