American rapper Kanye West is facing a lawsuit for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
Lauren Pisciotta, his assistant for two years, claims she was fired in 2022 without receiving a promised severance package of $3 million (around £2.4 million). She accuses West of sending her obscene texts and engaging in sexual acts over the phone with her.
Pisciotta says she was supporting herself with an OnlyFans profile when she met West in 2021. He was initially fine with her continuing her OnlyFans work, but in 2022, he allegedly offered her $1 million to delete her account, wanting her to be “God-like.”
After she deleted the account, Pisciotta claims West bombarded her with explicit text messages and pornographic videos. She also alleges that he masturbated while on the phone with her and once did so in front of her after trapping her in a private room on his plane.
Pisciotta is seeking damages for fraud, unpaid wages, and emotional distress.
West has not yet responded to these allegations.
