The Federal High Court in Kaduna on Wednesday struck out charges against three #EndBadGovernance protesters Usman Isa Adebayo, Salihu Shuaibu, and Khalid Aminu after the Department of State Services (DSS) withdrew its case due to lack of evidence.
The activists, detained for 75 days, were previously arraigned for criminal conspiracy and unlawful assembly following an August 2024 protest. They are now finalizing court formalities before reuniting with their families.
Activist Omoyele Sowore praised the discharge, crediting Khalid’s father and Shehu Sani for their support.
