Reports reaching The News Chronicle, indicate that the judgment between the embattled Governor of Kano State Abba Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party and Nasiru Gawuna of the All Progressives Congress is scheduled for Friday, November 17, 2023.
It would be recalled that the Appeal Court sitting in Abuja had on November 6, 2023 reserved judgement in the Appeal filed by the state Governor Abba Yusuf who is challenging the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal verdict that nullified his election on September 20th 2023.
The judgment, billed for 10: a.m, would shed light on the way forward for the legal battle between the two political actors in the state.
