Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya has been inaugurated as the 33rd President of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Badejo-Okusanya was sworn in on Friday at a ceremony held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, taking the oath of office administered by her predecessor, Afam Osigwe, SAN.
The inauguration was attended by senior members of the legal profession, including prominent members of the Bar and Bench, as well as other dignitaries.

In his farewell remarks, Osigwe formally handed over the leadership of the association to Badejo-Okusanya and presented her with a handover note.

Addressing his successor, Osigwe said, “This is your handover note. A more comprehensive one will be given to you later. I hereby now out.”
The inauguration marks the beginning of Badejo-Okusanya’s tenure as the 33rd president of the NBA.
