Nigerian TikTok personalities Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and Elizabeth Amadou Aminata, known as Jarvis, released their pre-wedding photographs on Wednesday afternoon.
The images were widely shared on social media and quickly drew attention from the couple’s fans and followers.
Reaction to the photos was mixed. Some users praised the pair for staying together despite public criticism of their relationship. One fan wrote that Peller “didn’t listen to the public about his genuine love for Jarvis” and that Jarvis “stood by him after so many people telling her to dump him.” Other users questioned the authenticity of their union, suspecting it to be for content.

Recently, Peller was featured on the Honest Bunch Podcast, sharing a revelation over the car accident involving music promoter Sam Larry earlier in July, on the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway. Larry’s vehicle collided with a trailer. Larry survived, but his bouncer died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Peller said he had been due to travel in the car with Larry on the day of the accident but was in police custody instead. He said the two had planned to visit someone at a hotel that day. He told the podcast he had been arrested in Lagos for driving without a number plate and spent four days in a cell, adding that police officers had asked him to delete phone evidence of the encounter. He said he believed his detention kept him out of the car that crashed.
Jarvis also spoke on the same podcast about her biological father, whom she said she has never met. She said her father is from Senegal and used to call her by her birth name, Aminata, when she was a child, but that contact between them stopped, and she no longer knows where he lives. She said she once traveled to Senegal to try to find him and was told he had since moved to France.
The couple, whose relationship began on a TikTok livestream in 2023, have built a large following on social media.
Peller completed traditional marriage rites for Jarvis last month after traveling to her hometown of Benin City to pay her bride price. The couple’s wedding is set for August 1, 2026.
