I Won’t Go For Senate After Tenure Expiration – Governor Sule

Nasarawa State governor Abdullahi Sule has revealed plans not to run for any elective position after the expiration of his tenure in office.

Sule made this known this during a live interview on Channels Television’ Politics Today.

He maintained that he came in only to be a Governor and not to be a chairman, senator or a member of the House of Representatives.

The governor whose recent affirmation as governor by the Supreme Court was greeted by agitation and protest in Lafia the Nasarawa state capital, added that he does not have any dreams for those offices.

“I have no dream of becoming even President; I have no dreams for that. I can tell you categorically that Abdullahi Sule would not go for Senate after leaving office. By the time I finish my eight years, I can do whatever I want to do”. He disclosed further.
