Vice President Kashim Shettima, representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has officially commissioned the newly completed Collector Road CN8 (Asuquo Okon Street) in Abuja.
The road stretches from Arterial Road N5 (Obafemi Awolowo Way, Jabi) to Arterial Road N1, and includes several connecting roads within the Dakibiyu District.
The new infrastructure links key institutions such as the Police Service Commission Headquarters, FCT High Court Jabi, Code of Conduct Tribunal Headquarters, and the new FCT Division of the Court of Appeal, among other important public and private buildings.
The project, carried out by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, is part of President Tinubu’s broader initiative to enhance transportation and road connectivity across the Federal Capital Territory.
