Governor Yahaya Bello celebrates the Super Falcons for their tremendous effort

The Super Falcons have been celebrated by Kogi State Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello for their tremendous effort at the 2023 World Cup. Nigeria were beaten in the penalty shoot out by England following a vigorous 120 goalless draw.

The Governor who encouraged the girls urged them to keep attempting until they get to the climax some day.

The 9-time African Champions have participated in every of the World Cup since it’s inauguration in 1991 and furthest they had reached was in the 1991 edition where they reached the quarterfinals.
