The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has rescued several victims following a road traffic accident on Monday on the Kanduga–Bama Road at Alau Junction.
According to the FRSC, its rescue team responded promptly to the crash scene and successfully evacuated many of the injured victims while providing immediate emergency assistance before they were taken for further medical attention.
The rescue operation was led by the FRSC Rescue Team Commander, ARC B.K. Gombo, who coordinated the response with professionalism and dedication.
The corps commended the team’s swift intervention, noting that timely rescue efforts are critical in reducing fatalities and improving the chances of survival for crash victims.
The FRSC also reiterated its commitment to rapid emergency response and road safety across the country.
The corps urged all motorists and other road users to obey traffic regulations, avoid overspeeding, and drive responsibly to help reduce road traffic crashes and save more lives.
