Fresh Movies off the Oven for November!

Movie lovers, November is in view and there is always something to watch out for Ranging from music to movies. However, today we are looking at new movies to anticipate for November.

Nollywood isn’t slowing down despite the year’s finale rapidly approaching, following an intriguing run in October. You may wish to take out your calendar and make a note of the titles since we have compiled all the information you require about the upcoming titles in November.

These are the six new films that will be showing on our screens in November:

MINEE (Lawa of the Street)

Richard Omos Iboyi is the producer and director of Minee, a film that narrates the tale of a woman attempting to survive in an unjust society after her mother is killed. It reveals the ominous threat that organ trafficking and harvesting pose to civilization.

Daniel Etim-Effiong, Ireti Doyle, Segun Arinze, Priscilla Okpara, Ayo Adesanya, and Kevin Ikeduba are among the cast members.

On November 3, 2023, the crime drama will be released in theaters around the country.

 

ADIRE

Adire, written by Jack’enneth Opukeme, is about a young woman who wants to start her own fashion company. She is played by Kehinde Bankole and has a troubled background as a sex worker, which she must now deal with.

Afolarin, Mike, Yvonne Jegede, Layi Wasabi, Onyinye Odokoro, Ifeanyi Kalu, Femi Branch, Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, Ibrahim Chatta, Yemi Blaq, and Damilola Ogunsi are among the cast members under the direction of Adeoluwa Owu, popularly known as Captain Degzy.

Adire will have its national theatrical premiere in theaters on November 3, 2023, following its Sunday, October 29, 2023 premiere.

EGUN

Egun, created by Kayode Kasum and Dare Olaitan, comes next on the list. The narrative will immerse us in the daily activities of a specific corporate office that gets an unexpected shipment containing juju. They immediately get a call telling them that everyone who has seen what is inside the box would undoubtedly perish.

Yekini Ibrahim, Vee Iye, Tomike Adeoye, Darasim Nadi, Ejiro Onajaife, Taye Arimoro, Gideon Okeke, Omowunmi Dada, Uzor Arukwe, Femi Jacobs, Bolaji Ogunmola, Adedimeji Lateef, Olarotimi Fakunle, and Yekini Ibrahim are among the cast members under the direction of Carmen Ike Okoro.

On November 10, 2023, the dark drama will make its national theatrical premiere in theaters.

PRAISE PARTY

Praise Party, written and produced by Anuli Ajagu, centers on a family whose get-together at home quickly devolves into violence following the death of a young guy. The cast, which is led by Obi Martins, consists of Hadiza Abubakar, Tina Mba, and Kunle Remi.

November 10, 2023, is when the feature film is anticipated to open in theaters.

OLOLADE

Ololade is another intriguing film to look forward to in the near future, especially in light of the news that Netflix has acquired the company.

The drama series, written by a group under the direction of Lani Aisida, will follow the tale of two friends: Lateef (Femi Adebayo-Salami), a noisy, dishonest auto-mechanic, and Shina (Frank Donga), an unhappy high school teacher.

They go through a number of difficult obstacles before they suddenly become wealthy. They launch a new company, which quickly gains enormous traction. However, they confront the unfavorable outcomes that come their way.

Mercy Aigbe, Mide Martins, Liz Da-Silva, Jaiye Kuti, Damilola Oni, Frank Donga, Mr. Macaroni, Oluwatobi Olubiyi, Debby Felix, and Ayanwale Olanrewaju are among the cast members under the direction of Adeniyi Joseph-Omobulejo.

On November 24, 2023, the six-part series with a strong indigenous cast will premiere on  Netflix

BANK ALERT

We were happy to hear earlier in the month that Nigerian comedian Okey Bakassi was stepping up his entertainment career by producing his debut movie.

Bank Alert, which stars Bakassi in the lead role, is anticipated to be a comedic criminal film that hits theaters soon. The all-star cast, which is directed by Akay Mason, consists of Bolanle Ninalowo, Kate Henshaw, Taiwo Hassan, Uzor Arukwe, and Tina Mba.

 

On November 24, 2023, Bank Alert will make its theatrical debut.
