Former Senate President Lawan donates 10,000+ bags of food to constituents for Ramadan

Senator Ahmad Lawan, who is the former Senate President of the 9th Senate, has given out more than 10,000 bags of food to the people he represents. He wants to help them during the time of Ramadan.

The food is given out through an organization called the Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan (SAIL) Foundation.

It’s not just for people in his area, but also for Muslims in other places like the Federal Capital Territory.

The food includes things like rice, sugar, millet, and vegetable oil. There are over 4,000 bags of rice, 4,000 bags of sugar, 2,400 bags of millet, and vegetable oil.

These will be given out in six different areas: Bade, Nguru, Machina, Yusufari, Karasuwa, and Jakusko.

They are all part of Yobe North Senatorial District. The food will also go to people in Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, and Damaturu.

Senator Lawan wants to make sure everyone has enough to eat during Ramadan. He says Ramadan is a special time when people help each other.

He hopes the food will help families who are struggling. He wants it to bring happiness and blessings to everyone who gets it.

This isn’t the first time Senator Lawan has helped people. He has given food, medicine, and things to help with buildings before. He wants to keep helping his people, especially when times are hard.
