A young man identified as Mc Isa Aha has been arrested after his father reported him to the police over a controversial video he posted on social media.
The incident occurred on Tuesday evening after the young man shared a video in which he allegedly claimed that he could “sacrifice his parents for APC.”
The statement, which quickly sparked outrage online, reportedly alarmed his father, who considered the content disturbing and unacceptable.
Following the video, the father took the matter to the police, leading to the arrest of his son.
Meanwhile, a friend of the suspect has publicly appealed to the father and authorities for leniency.
According to the friend, the video was created solely for online content and not meant to be taken seriously. He insisted that Mc Isa Aha did not intend to harm anyone and described the statement as a mistake.
The friend further pleaded for the young man’s release, assuring that such an act would not be repeated.
