DSS Cracks Down on Illegal Arms Network, Arrests Suspect in Kano

The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested a man identified as Abubakar Muhammad over allegations of illegal trafficking and sales of firearms in Kano State.
Security sources confirmed that the suspect was taken into custody following intelligence reports linking him to the unlawful distribution of weapons within the state.
According to reports, investigations are currently ongoing to uncover the network behind the alleged arms supply and to determine whether other individuals are involved in the operation.
Security agencies have reiterated their commitment to intensifying the fight against illegal arms circulation and other crimes that threaten peace and stability in Kano State and across the country.
