Dimka on massive mobilization for Plateau APC

—

As the membership registration/revalidation exercise of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Plateau State is about to commence, a senior chieftain of the party in the state and 2023 gubernatorial hopeful, Nde Victor Dimka, has called for maximum cooperation and commitment of party members for the success of the exercise.

Speaking on the telephone from his Kabwir country home in Kanke local government area of Plateau State to our correspondent during one of his massive mobilization of party members within Plateau senatorial zone, Nde Victor reminded party members that “it’s in our own interest” to cooperate with the registration team posted to the state from the national headquarters to ensure massive mobilization and registration of those interested in the ideals of good governance on the platform of our great party the APC.

He advised stakeholders to put aside any imaginary difference where it exists that may affect the chance of the party at the 2023 gubernatorial party primary election and work as a team for the interest of Plateau State APC to record a large turnout of people as the first stepping stone towards a credible party primary election and subsequent electoral victory in 2023.

The retired Nigeria Custom officer noted that the registration exercise will afford the party an added opportunity and advantage for a fresh start having suffered few political misfortunes in 2019 due to “internal contradictions” and other factors that denied the party total sweep of the various elections across the state/

“We should join hands and form a formidable political force that will continue to give our party the lead. We need humankind to register in our party”, Victor said, pointing out that this desire can only be realized if the people are adequately mobilized to embrace APC for the good of the state in 2023.

Speaking on his gubernatorial ambition, he said: “My desire is to continue from where the present governor stops in 2023. It is my sincere ambition to improve upon his legacies and carry all along in building a peaceful and investor-friendly state which will create job opportunities to the unemployed and support education and economic empowerment to the people

“I have a robust blue-print for the benefit of the state which shall address the problems bedeviling the welfare of the people and create a safety net for posterity

“Our present governor has tried and is still trying to putting in his best in service delivery which shall serve as a good foundation for incoming government with the support of the people, we shall collective provide good governance for better dividends”.

Victor Dimka extolled the leadership quality of governor Simon Bako Lalong and described him as a true pillar of democracy and an illustrious son that deserves every support to succeed in the daunting task of leadership.
