Reports indicate that residents of the Akamkpa area of Cross River State have resorted to scooping fuel from a fallen tanker on the roadside.
This is coming barely two weeks after 181 residents of Jigawa state lost their lives during a similar event.
In a viral video, locals could be seen siphoning fuel into different kegs, buckets, from the fallen tanker.
