Chelsea forward Cole Palmer and manager have claimed Premier League awards for September, both winning the Player and Manager of the Month awards for last month.
Enzo Maresca had an impressive run with Chelsea, maintaining an unbeaten streak, winning three matches, with the only draw coming against Palace. He beat rivals such as Pep Guardiola, Arne Slot, Mikel Arteta, and others to win his first award as Chelsea’s manager.
Additionally, Cole Palmer was voted the Premier League Player of the Month for September. The 22-year-old was the league’s top scorer last month, with an impressive five goals and one assist.
This is Palmer’s second award of the week, having previously been named England Men’s Player of the Year on Tuesday. He was one of eight players nominated for the Premier League honour after four standout performances.
