Chelsea Confirms the Acquisition of Portuguese Player Pedro Neto

Chelsea FC has confirmed the acquisition of Portugal international Pedro Neto from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Pedro has signed a seven-year contract and will soon join his new teammates for training at Cobham.
“I’m truly grateful to have joined this club,” said the 24-year-old. “I have worked really hard to reach this point, and I’m excited to get on the pitch wearing this shirt.”
Pedro began his career in Braga’s youth system, had a loan spell at Lazio, and then made a permanent move to Wolves, where he had a standout season last year. He made 135 appearances for Wolves and contributed 11 goals in 20 Premier League games last season.
He also became a regular in the Portugal squad during his time at Molineux, earning ten caps, with his latest coming at this summer’s European Championship.
