The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has apprehended four armed robbers involved in the brutal murder of retired Army Brigadier General Uwem Udukwere.
The tragic incident occurred in Sunshine Estate, Abuja.
FCT Police Commissioner Benneth Igweh provided details of the arrest on Monday, “noting that while four suspects are in custody, two other robbers remain at large. These two suspects managed to escape with the retired general’s pistol.”
Commissioner Igweh assured the public that the police are fully committed to capturing the remaining suspects. He emphasized that no effort would be spared in bringing them to justice.
