BREAKING: Gov Alia Unveils Quick Response Squad to Tackle Insecurity in Benue

Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has launched the Quick Response Squad (QRS), a joint security outfit aimed at boosting rapid intervention in crisis-prone areas.

Represented by his deputy, Dr. Sam Ode, at the inauguration, Alia said the QRS made up of Civilian Protection Guard, Vigilante Group of Nigeria, local hunters, and the Joint Task Force will target swift responses to threats, especially in vulnerable communities.
