BREAKING: Former Speaker House of Reps, Ghali Na’abba is dead

Ghali Umar Na’Abba, who served as the Speaker of the House of Representatives, has passed away. He breathed his last in Abuja on Wednesday morning. 

While the specific details surrounding his demise are not clear, it is reported that he will be laid to rest in accordance with Islamic traditions in Abuja.

Born on September 27, 1958, Ghali Na’Abba was not only a seasoned politician but also a political scientist and a skilled policy architect.

His dedication to training, practical experience, and expertise in these domains marked his career.

Late Ghali Na’Abba joines the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 1998, during the early stages of its formation.

His involvement in the party during its formative period reflects his commitment to the political landscape of Nigeria.

As the nation mourns the loss of the 8th Speaker of the House of Representatives, his contributions to politics and policy will be remembered.
