—

Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, has arrived in Maiduguri to evaluate the impact of the recent devastating floods that have affected several communities in Borno State.

He was accompanied by other military leaders and officials, arriving at the Maiduguri Airforce Base earlier today.

This visit follows President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s recent trip to Borno State on Monday, where he expressed sympathy for the flood victims and promised full support to the state government.

The President pledged to assist with relief efforts and help rebuild homes and communities affected by the disaster.
