BREAKING : Boko Haram attack Garkida, Adamawa community, many feared dead

In the middle of the night, there was a terrible event in Garki, a community near Gombi in Adamawa state. It’s believed that gunmen, possibly from the group called Boko Haram, attacked the area.

Someone who saw it happen said it was around 1:45 in the morning when the attackers came and started shooting everywhere. It must have been terrifying for the people there.

Sadly, they took two vehicles and even shot a woman who later died because of her injuries.

The situation was so scary that many people had to leave their homes and hide in the bushes to stay safe. Can you imagine how frightened they must have been? One person who managed to escape and hide in the bush said there were lots of gunshots, and they even saw some big armored vehicles.

It’s hard to get all the details right now because the person talking to the news can’t say much until they get back to town.

“As at the moment, I can’t give you full details, but as soon as I return to town I will feed you with all the relevant information you want. It was truly a scary attack.” He said

The Army Public Relations officer was contacted through a telephone call for more details on the story was not answering to press time.
