BREAKING: Arik Air Flight Diverts to Benin Over Engine Fault

An Arik Air Boeing 737-700 flying from Lagos to Port Harcourt was diverted to Benin Airport on Wednesday after the crew detected an unusual sound from the left engine during descent.

The aircraft landed safely, with all 80 passengers and crew disembarking without injury. Arik Air apologised for the disruption, while investigators assess the engine issue.
