Breaking: 21 storey buiding collapses in Lagos

A tower block has collapsed in Lagos according to reports. Many are feared to be trapped at the scene in Ikoyi.

The building is an ongoing 21 storey project in a highbrow area of Ikoyi, Lagos state. People are currently trapped in the rubble.

There has not yet been confirmation of casualties.
