President Bola Tinubu has formally entered the race for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential ticket, as his nomination forms were secured in Abuja.
The N100 million forms were picked up on his behalf by Hon. James Faleke, a close ally of the President, signaling Tinubu’s anticipated bid to emerge as the party’s flagbearer.
Faleke is expected to present the forms to Tinubu in a high-profile ceremony at the Presidential Villa in the coming days.
Party insiders suggest the President is likely to run unopposed, positioning him as the APC’s sole aspirant and presumptive candidate.
