Bobrisky Vows to Continue Spraying Money at Events Despite Jail Time

—

Mummy of Lagos is no longer spraying Naira but dollars!

Controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, has stated that he will continue to spray money at events.

Bobrisky was released on Monday, August 5, 2024, after serving a six-month prison sentence for naira mutilation. He was sentenced on April 12, 2024, by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos, without the option of a fine.

In an interview with content creator Bae U Barbie on Saturday, Bobrisky revealed that he would now spray only dollars at events.

He said, “I am still going to spray money, but I will only spray dollars, not naira.”

He added that he does not consider himself an ex-convict because he believes he cannot be convicted for spraying money.

Bobrisky expressed his willingness to return to jail, describing his time in prison as a vacation.

He explained, “I see my jail term as a vacation. You know, on vacation, you go and rest. I’ve been working so hard, and I think their decision was okay for me.”

He continued, “The decision was to break me, but sadly, nothing happened to the ‘Mummy of Lagos.’ I’m still fine, I’m still good, and I will continue to be fine and good.”

When asked by the host, Bae U, if he would like to go back to prison, Bobrisky replied, “I would love to go, maybe for a short term like that again. Short term, not long-term.”

He explained that he finds it absurd to be sent to prison for spraying money and that the experience felt like a movie.
He said, “It’s funny to me. Everything happened like a movie. Spraying of money? It’s my money. I’m not owing anybody money. I did not steal money. I did not kidnap, I did not rape. I did not kill anybody. I spent my own hard-earned money, and I was sentenced to where we have a lot of criminals.”
Bobrisky concluded by saying that he is a strong person who is ready for the challenges that come with his lifestyle.
He reiterated that he does not see himself as an ex-convict, as he believes he should not be punished for spending his own money.
