There’s been a major shake-up in the Big Brother Naija house, bringing good news for some and tough breaks for others! Last Night marked the first Heads of House (HoH) games in the arena.
After an intense competition that included two rounds – “Knock It Off” and “Crack the Code” – Nelita emerged victorious, reclaiming the HoH crown.
Nelita faced tough competition, including Double Kay and the former HoHs, the Mbadiwe Twins. With this win, Nelita earned the chance to make amends by choosing Sooj and Topher of Aces as their HoH condo guests. It’s set to be a cozy night, especially for Nelita, as the HoH title also comes with immunity.
This week also brought a big change as housemates got to nominate each other for the first time this season. Each pair had to nominate two pairs for possible eviction. We got a glimpse of who they’re targeting and also saw potential alliances starting to form. Beta, Chekas, and Wanni x Handi all nominated the same two pairs: Double Kay and Zinwe.
Meanwhile, Aces, Mbadiwe Twins, and Shatoria nominated Beta and Zinwe. Are these just coincidences, or are strategic alliances forming to take out certain pairs? Zinwe’s nomination didn’t surprise her at all; in fact, hers was the first pair to be called up. “They nominated me, I’m shocked,” she said sarcastically.
Adding more drama, Biggie shook things up by canceling the custodian challenge last night. This means that this week, the power is fully in the hands of the fans. Normally, the custodians can save and replace nominated housemates, but that option is off the table this time around. In Biggie’s house, nothing stays predictable – it’s all part of the game!
Aces are off the hook, meaning they’ll enjoy a real honeymoon in the HoH condo with their ladies, Nelita. As they say, “Patience is a virtue.” Others who can relax this week include the Mbadiwe Twins, Radicals, and Shatoria.
