Benjamin Mendy signs with French side FC Lorient

Benjamin Mendy returns to football

Ligue 1 club FC Lorient has disclosed the signing of French and former Manchester City defender, Benjamin Mendy following his discharge from all rape and attempted rape charges.

Benjamin who gained his freedom as a result of the acquittal will return to active Football after agreeing to a two years contract with Lorient.

The club confirmed his signing through their official handle.
