Award-winning music star, Temilade Openiyi, famously referred to as Tems, has revealed that being a Nigerian for everybody is tough.
The Afrobeat sensation made this known while answering questions in an interview with Kiss FM, London, United Kingdom.
Describing the Nigerian woman as “a miracle”. The 28 years old also said that the Nigerian women are blessed.
“Being a Nigerian woman is a miracle. Because being a Nigerian, for anybody, is tough. But I think if you can tap into your gifts and own who you are and be unapologetic about it, and take that to the world that is an honor.
“I think Nigerian women are the most blessed. I won’t say the most blessed because everybody is blessed in equal manner but Nigerian women are very special to me.”
Tems stated that Nigerian women are very dear to her and that she believes that to be living in this times, was such a huge blessing to be a Nigerian woman.
