The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has partnered with Seplat Petroleum Nigeria Limited in order to boost domestic gas supply in Nigeria. A Russian airplane carrying 78 people on Sunday made an emergency landing and burst into flames just after takeoff from Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport, killing 40 of its passengers and a crew member. A large hoard of cash has been found at the home of Sudan’s ousted president Omar al-Bashir and he is now being investigated for money laundering. Multiple explosions have been reported at two churches and two hotels in Sri Lanka today being Easter Sunday. One of the explosions was a St Anthony’s Church in Kochchikade of the capital, Colombo. Another church in Katuwapitiya, Katana was also hit. According to police report, there were also explosions at the Shangri-La Hotel and Kingsbury Hotel in the capital.
