I remember the cruel Covid days,
fears and tears swept across souls,
scary news bombed us, the old gave
in to the new but...
They hummed hopeful hymns,
they had to as they saw a horizon,
their hearts hunted for a hopping hope.
Their choruses cried heartbreaking calls:
We’re the hurt souls...
I hear the stillness of streams,
what can be purer and pinker
than the sincere sight and splash
of our mother nature, the wildlife?
what can be lovelier...
