The Supreme Court sitting in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, today, 26 October 2023 has dismissed Atiku’s application seeking to file fresh evidence against Tinubu. The apex court said the time to plead such evidence lapsed on September 17 when the lower court ceased to have jurisdiction over the matter.
