Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, and Juventus reportedly interested in Ademola Lookman

The Super Eagles’ standout player, Ademola Lookman, has showcased remarkable skills at the Africa Cup of Nations, sparking interest from prominent clubs. If he maintains this form, a move to a bigger club seems imminent.

Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, and Juventus have all identified Lookman as a potential transfer target for the upcoming summer window.

Lookman’s trajectory has been on the rise over the past two years. After departing Leicester City when they declined to sign him at the end of his loan deal, he returned to his parent club, RB Leipzig, before securing a permanent move to Serie A side Atalanta.

Since joining La Dea, Lookman has consistently impressed. In the previous season, the 26-year-old contributed significantly with 13 goals and eight assists in 31 Serie A appearances.

Continuing his stellar performances this season, Lookman has already notched seven goals and three assists in 18 games.

His standout displays earned him a spot in Nigeria’s AFCON squad, where he has justified coach Jose Peseiro’s trust by recording three goals and one assist in five matches.

According to reports by Ekrem Konur, Lookman is being pursued by Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, and Juventus.

With just over two years left on his current contract, he is currently valued at €30 million. However, Atalanta may demand a higher fee if Lookman continues his impressive form.

Lookman’s goals have propelled Nigeria to the semi-finals of the AFCON.

The ongoing tournament further serves as a stage for Lookman to showcase his talent and potentially attract more attention from elite clubs.
