Ayotomide Labinjo, the mother of Anu Adeleke, has made some shocking claims about the DNA test conducted on their daughter.
According to Ayotomide, she saw Davido, the popular artist, bribing the doctor who was responsible for the test.
This comes after Davido’s former lawyer, Prince Bobo, publicly denied that Anu is Davido’s biological daughter.
Ayotomide believes that Prince Bobo is simply trying to protect Davido’s reputation, claiming he’s not telling the whole truth.
Ayotomide said only one DNA test was done, and it took place in a small, nondescript clinic back in 2014. She also emphasized that Prince Bobo was not there during the test.
According to Ayotomide, she witnessed money being exchanged in a brown envelope between Davido and the doctor, Wale Sobola, who went by the name “Dr. Alex.” She alleges that the doctor then altered the results to favor Davido, preventing Anu from being recognized as part of the Adeleke family.
In her statement, Ayotomide wrote:
“This week, I introduced my daughter, Mitchelle Anu Adeleke, to Nigerians after a six-year break, using the Instagram page created for her 5th birthday by Dr. Kemi in 2018. To my surprise, I came across several blog posts falsely claiming that I had two DNA tests to prove Anuoluwapo’s paternity with Mr. David Adeleke.
“This false narrative was spread maliciously by his friend and former lawyer, Bobo Ajudua, who wasn’t even present during the 2014 test and wasn’t working with Mr. Adeleke at the time. These lies have led to online bullying and disrespect toward me and my daughter.
“We didn’t go to two hospitals, just a small clinic where my daughter’s blood was drawn in a private room—definitely not a proper clinical lab.
My family and I saw money being exchanged in a brown envelope between Mr. David Adeleke and Mr. Wale Sobola, who pretended to be ‘Dr. Alex.’ Dr. Kemi has repeatedly asked for a second DNA test on Anu’s behalf. She even reached out to Bobo Ajudua online in late 2019, but he declined on behalf of Mr. David Adeleke.
“Spreading these hurtful lies is beneath anyone. I’m not seeking validation from the Adeleke family or anyone else.
What I want is for my daughter’s paternity to be established. We’ve moved forward with our lives and have done well. I want to thank all Nigerians who have shown kind support to Anuoluwapo.”
Ayotomide’s bold statement has stirred up conversations online, with many calling for transparency and a second DNA test to clear any doubts.
