The policemen, identified as Inspector Abubakar Fakku and Sergeant Elisha John of Police Mobile Force 19, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, were part of a convoy escorting former Edo State House of Assembly member, Hon. Emmanuel Agbaje.

Tragically, their mission took a devastating turn when their convoy collided with a motorcycle, claiming the lives of the rider, a woman, and her child.
