Chief Marketing and Solutions Officer at SAP, JG Chirapurath has revealed that artificial intelligence (AI) was not designed to take away jobs done by humans.
Chirapurath said instead AI was created to assist developers by automating tasks and making their work more productive.
In an interview, the tech guru emphasized that AI becomes more reliable when it uses relevant and ethical data.
They achieve this by following strict ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and work to remove bias from their AI solutions.
SAP is also introducing a vector database to improve AI capabilities, preventing errors in AI models.
It has partnerships with companies like Cohair, Anthropic, OpenAI, Llama, and Aleph Alpha to help customers using specific language models.
SAP is also developing its own AI model that is customized for unique processes, making it more useful for specific environments.
