He was a familiar face on national tv, “an expert” on numerous issues. He spun
and dodged the bitter truths and hard-hitting hecklers and analytical reporters.
Didn’t the viewers call him One with a Thick Skin? One Who Defends the Liars
and Bunglers? But today he was on a private tv station and he made it look like
it was his confessional. The same station he had once threatened to shut down!
“I’ve no business in seeking to clean up their mess again. I’m done perfuming
their odor, misleading the nation, turning my mouth into their shameless shield”.
Listeners and viewers were stunned. Was it a crazy joke? A riotous reality show?
He continued, “Citizens, I’m sorry for what I did. I wasn’t patriotic. I was parasitic.
People should learn to keep puppies’ poos out of their lousy lawn by being selfless.
I was picking dog’s poop here and there, instead of informing the nation. I’m done”.
