Popular Kenyan comedian and musician Stevo Simple Boy has announced his separation from his girlfriend, Brenda, following DNA test results that reportedly showed he was not the biological father of the child he believed was his.
The entertainer confirmed the breakup in an official statement, saying the results had been difficult to process but that he had chosen to handle the situation with dignity and respect for everyone involved.
“Following the DNA test results, I wish to officially announce that Brenda and I are no longer together as a couple,” he wrote.
“The results have been difficult to process, but I have chosen to handle this matter with dignity and respect for everyone involved. I ask my fans and the public to respect my privacy as I navigate this chapter of my life.”
Stevo also expressed appreciation to Microafia Healthcare, which conducted the DNA test and provided the results.
The comedian said he would now concentrate on his music career and work towards building a better future, while thanking his fans for their continued support during the difficult period.
His announcement comes amid a deeply personal development that has drawn attention to his relationship and the circumstances surrounding the DNA test.
