Arteta Fires Warning to PSG After Arsenal’s Premier League Win

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has declared that his players are fully focused on making more history after ending the club’s long wait for a Premier League title, with attention now turning to the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.

The News Chronicle reports that Arsenal secured the league championship with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace, igniting celebrations among fans and players after years of disappointment in the title race.

But Arteta thinks that the accomplishment should only serve to inspire the team’s drive for the match in Budapest.

The Spanish coach said the team is carrying incredible energy and confidence into the European final, insisting Arsenal must take advantage of the momentum from their domestic success.

According to him, winning Europe’s premier club championship for the first time will give the players the chance to create a new chapter in the team’s history.

Especially after placing second in several competitions over the past seasons, Arteta said that earlier letdowns contributed to the development of the attitude of the present team. He called the title triumph, emotional, and liberating, noting that Arsenal now bear the weight of upholding expectations as champions.

As they pursue a historic league and Champions League double, the Gunners will take on PSG in Budapest.
