![A 25% to 100% Crime Reduction Blueprint Strategies matter, and all strategies are not equal. Focus on the minimum of 25% to trust me or read on, or doubt on the 100% because you are pessimistic, but put a number you trust before you read the proposed details and a different number after you read or see the implemented ideas. Every stage I present will be with feasible numbers, so journeying through all the stages requires determination, sacrifice, and hopefully sweet patience. The stages include: Education, minor rewards, re-education, major rewards. The good news is part of it can be with or without the governments, since governments are hard to convince on doing unprecedented good. Yes! The Blueprint revolves around nationwide and worldwide culture of Cameras, except I am detailing aspects in ways I was yet to use. Mass education, Mass Access, Mass Participation, and up to Mass rewarding beyond money. Yes! We will need money to implement the Blueprint, but a few millions for some small countries, and a few billions for worldwide realization. First, let me tease you with what all of us can relate to: money. Yes, this plan includes how to make hundreds or thousands of new millionaires while helping eliminate or reduce crime. Again, our definition of crime may vary, and different countries are at different levels, may run the plan differently, so may arrive at different levels of achievements. You may need to search my recent article: 'two to hundred Billion dollars for world peace and security' to have a better understanding on some aspects, including technical feasibilities I will avoid repeating here. The new higher quality of body cameras will significantly boost interest and mass participation is tantamount to mass success. Stage One or Education: By using much greater education on how all citizens must invest in body cameras, will modestly boost participation. ' Invest or stop complaining about crime+ or blind trust without irrefutable evidence.' Me doing it may yield one to twenty percent boost; Trump, Elon Musk, president Tinubu, Barrow, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, etc may see ten to twenty percent boost. Meaning, trust matters, but we should not underestimate the importance of the message (education). We will have national and worldwide pitchers. Since my estimate here is even less than the 25% minimum, you should agree I am realistic, not naive, nor doubting some countries may actually register even 50% participation at this stage, depending on the used message and/or deliverer. Detailing the types of messages to use will just lengthen the article and raise too many unnecessary doubts. Think of what you deem fit and let us assume we are using that. Stage Two or Minor Awards: Imagine a weekly or monthly awards of $1000, to $10,000 awards for using your body camera footage to solve a crime or learn something huge through the news. Even announcing such by a trusted voice in every country can have many people buying body cameras. Let's do the rough maths: $1000 a month or three prizes of such is how much for your country and worldwide? Very little and I detailed how to raise the funds in my mentioned article. New company sponsors can be sought. Depending on the riches or size of the country, we should consider $10,000 on the top monthly prize to boost participation. Spending $25 to $100+ on body cameras to reduce crime, and potentially win $1000 or $10,000 is something many may consider. This is a part we can privately do through a special commission of judges, journalists, board, etc. We do not need the government on this aspect. However, the second minor reward of 15 to 25% reward of splitting fines through your footage requires government participation. Luck or The judges and lawmakers will essentially determine how much you make through this stage. I estimate about $25 to $1000+ through such, depending on the country or crime, and many will be happy. Stage Three or re-education: Again, detailing the types of messages I think we should use may be controversial or premature to discuss. However, by simply announcing our monthly winners and educating how their videos helped will likely boost participation towards 50% or more in the average countries. Showing real winners on TV and social media will certainly trigger more interest towards mass buying or participation. Stage Four or major reward: Million dollars is both small and big. It is small in the sense of raising it per country or raising one to xyz billion dollars if we can convince billionaires or governments of the effective nature of our strategy. Million dollars is also big in the sense that the poor and many rich folks will gladly receive it as a huge blessing while trying to do good. Meaning, even millionaires may buy and remember to permanently turn on their body cameras, vehicle cameras, etc to potentially win good money. From the minor rewards to the announcing of this minimum of million dollars per country, I estimate about 75% may participate in many countries. Feel free to doubt my numbers, but you may agree every stage is vital and will help reduce crimes, from deterrence to convictions. Doing the maths: Let say there are about 300 countries in the world, or to participate. That is still way under one billion dollars even if we add modest second and third prizes raffle or merit based analysis per country. Again, countries spent billions on weapons to destroy through wars, catch international criminals, etc. Feel free to debate politicians will be hard to convince, but about ten percent of presidents/leaders may actually gladly participate through tax payers funding of such, if the idea reaches them. Those ten percent likely know billionaires who will be interested in funding such to speed up human evolution on character and beyond. Here again, an NGO or movement can handle the awards based on raffle and/or merit based. I am most concerned with mass participation, so I think the raffle is much better. With enough money, we can have both. Remember the stages and understand the human mind: 'for the month of May, we have awarded about 1000 people different amounts and all of them are now entered in a million dollar lottery/raffle will trigger more participation and hope.' My body camera caught a petty thief and your body camera or vehicle camera caught a rapist of an adult woman is for 'merit based folks ' to debate, but if my thief would have raped a child, then let God decide who deserves a nice financial reward through stages of deterrence, including contribution to convictions. The village boy or girl will be more willing to understand that the prospects are closer and beyond crimes. I will consider learning or news making videos of even animals to be considered for potential awards. Our target is mass participation, so let the villagers be encouraged beyond potential rape that is near zero in some poor but caring areas. Since the primary raffle is likely between a few thousands, not millions, the prospect of winning is much higher than traditional lottery. Meaning, switch or split your lottery budget towards the best 'raffle' for humankind yet? Although I am presenting the plan as a worldwide plan, I expect you to pitch it from a national level. By ascertaining all ministers in your country get this article, one may be able to convince your president or leader towards actions. If you share with journalists who may publish and/or write it differently, a billionaire or centi-millionaire may be interested in making it happen. I happen to be from a poor country called the Gambia, but we have few people that can realize it with or without the potential of making decent money through the plan. By opening a world class camera store and following the plan, countless poor Gambians or xyz will buy. Confronting the Pessimistics: You have the disbelievers, but also the doubters. The disbelievers in the good of cameras can have all kinds of fears and excuses I am not interested to debate here, but willing to debate anyone on TV. As for the doubters, they may claim things like affordability. Yes, there may be ten percent of Gambians or xyz who are struggling on food at times, but they also own smartphones and expensive dresses in the poor villages. The messaging in some good months will send poor folks to buy, the awards can boost buyers, the real mass achievements of less crimes by even animals will uplift the poor. Our cameras will help certain farmers detect destructive monkeys or pigs+ earlier, boost their production for food or your cost. Our generation must accept body cameras as a huge blessing that must be worldwide. Cameras are tight to food, security, better character, health, etc. So let us accept the level we have, research further as my other mentioned article hinted, and help the poor+ to own enough cameras. Considering mass access of various body cameras is indeed a problem in many countries, I think the rich folks and politicians are the pessimistic guilty ones, but how many of them may repent and amend if we share to educate them? The journalists are arguably the second guilty doubters who may 'repent, amend, and proclaim' until realised, as ch.2:160 hinted differently. Cameras, money, and crime rates: If the title is about crime rates, then why is the article leaning on money and cameras? Reducing crime is primarily through education, but cameras help in both deterrence and securing convictions. The way we convince people to mass participate in camera buying will speed up with money or financial rewards. Any sane person will agree that if 75% of individuals own body cameras, have vehicle cameras, house cameras, farm cameras, etc it can reduce over 25% of crimes. Most countries hardly see 10% reduction in crime in a year, and even some measure reduction in questionable ways. So my title is a range, depending on a country and other issues. Do not endlessly debate against me, my plan, the title, etc, but accept reality, share, or come up with a better plan or writing. Seeing what may help your country or the world significantly reduce crime is a major blessing that demands you employing efforts, not doubting. Among the descriptions of Heaven is 'free of lies [and cruelties]'. Should we try to build heaven on earth, aspects of heaven, or just pray for heaven? Cameras are heavenly and may God give the best heavens to those who sincerely try to give others the aspects of heaven humans can offer to humans. I know devils hate cameras, so I can fairly assume God loves cameras, gave us cameras, and may he give us much better cameras within weeks, worldwide. When rich countries like the u.s are branding cellular phones to record in protests or crimes, it reveals the journalists+ are not doing their job in urging for mass buying of body cameras. Also for fairly rich countries like the u.s, I will suggest one million dollars award per state or the big states. Billionaires like Pretzker, Bloomberg, and how many residents of Florida may be strongly opposed to the law that bars even recording of abusive cops? By partnering up, we can remove such laws through mass participation and raise your prospects towards winning the next presidency or governorship. The Democrats or xyz can complain or try to educate the masses, or even consider laws and subsidies towards mass culture of cameras. I hope God realizes it worldwide in 2026, but if we push for rich countries in 2026, R&D and others can force them to upgrade, or results may pressure the 'followers' to eventually accept investing in cameras is arguably better than weapons, prisons, questionable roads, etc. If all or many countries participate and how many states in a country, then how many millionaires am I helping create? Remember the crimes to deter or solve, remember the learning and other good things. May God bless the caring who will publish and/or share. Whereas the general animosity between the u.s or western world with Iran existed long before the Epstein files, it existed within our lifetime, including Epstein and Trump+ as global spirits… Perhaps more interesting than persons is how our nations are siding or learning from the past and present challenges. The UK has officially joined the ‘Epstein fury’ war for Prince Andrew, Lord Mandelson, or which Iranian or xyz women? Some of the Arab Nations are also joining the war against Iran because of how many Arab sheikhs trusted or still trust Trump and/or are linked to the Trump-Epstein files? Feel free to dismiss how I am echoing the link with Epstein, but you can agree on countries by leanings and how the West is claiming the war is about freedom. African nations are often blind or indifferent until it affects them directly. Although the wars may have only a small religious component or difference, the wars are partly due to mindsets, and religion or even culture can influence our mindsets differently. In my last article, I clearly re-indicated that I believe conscience is above every religion, that religion is a means that points us to the uplifting of conscience, and that I am not vying for any individual or nation, but trying to honestly advise for a better world. Iran is not perfect and needs to repent to get more direct help from the Lord of conscience, who dealt with Epstein and dealing with Trump or all of us, beyond sex.
Like individuals, nations can be guilty of underreacting or overreacting in fear, greed, or arrogance. I believe Iran is guilty of underreacting by about 15% or xyz, which means they must bravely fight harder this time. Similarly, I believe Trump is overreacting by 25% or xyz, and will he back down? Israel, the UK, and the Arab world are also over-reacting by varying percentages, but late repentance and sincere repentance can vary. Just like we do not have to accept every claim a president makes, we do have to accept every name a president gives. Regardless of the official name of the war, I am echoing the term ‘Epstein fury war’, partly because I think the war is both a distraction but also a continuation of wars/conflicts between invisible creatures linked to Epstein and all of us as pro or anti evil.
Ultimatum or escalate to Ground Invasion: I think Iran should give some Arab nations the ultimatum to kick out u.s and UK bases or face ground invasion towards having air bases and ground invasion of Israel. The argument is that it was wrong to have those military bases for intimidation and spying that may have contributed to the killings and suffering against Iranians. So these Arab nations were complicit, knowingly or unknowingly harming Iranians. Of course, we do not know private diplomacy details, but Iran under-reacted by not publicly warning their Arab populations to rise up against these bases. The repentance must include engaging the population, understanding that almost all leaders tend to gamble with their people, and the people have responsibilities. The one-way ‘downing’ of Iranian drones or missiles, while sparing u.s and Israeli ones, is evidence of siding. The Arab nations must repent or deserve Iranian invasion in quick and smart ways towards Israel. If the Arabs kick them out, then Iran can consider how to avoid invasion. Otherwise, Iran should try to have 10 to 20+ bases, camps, or cities of the Arab world to invade Israel. Iran knows it is much weaker in air power, so it makes sense to seriously consider a ground invasion if survival or winning means something to you. Even discussing it may bring peace or why is God or xyz inspiring it to me instead of directly to the Iranian generals and other writers with millions of followers? We are all ‘naked’: whether you express your opinions or not, God knows them and will likely judge. From Epstein and his so-called victims to this war and the so-called victims of war, we cannot buy biassed narratives of the media or misinterpretations of religions and cultures dictate our position above conscience.
In the 1960s, my average readers and I were not born, but God was testing Trump, Epstein, Khomeini, and others, differently. Perhaps our spirit chose different land for birth, but the test is global, even if you do not travel… Fast forward per decade, per individual and per nation, to gauge not just our choices beyond sex, but also considering age. The dead Iranian leader was reportedly a political prisoner but did he have political prisoners he ordered or allowed in which levels? He was reportedly a war hero for good or evil, but helped defeat the one the Western world preferred.
We can ask similar questions about Trump, not always by decade, but by age+. At what age did Trump ‘dodge’ fighting for good or evil? How many girls, teenagers, or women Trump rightfully or wrongfully ‘banged’ may be far beyond what the Trump-Epstein files may release and perhaps some are for God to judge, not me and you. The naive among you may not see the connections but every choice matters. Directly or indirectly, did Trump contribute to censorship, political prisoners, hardship in u.s and/or other countries, etc? The Epstein’s files significantly affect Trump’s mindset and his presidency. He can rejoice in contributing to the killing of a good or bad 86-year-old, but will he and Netanyahu reach 86 years old? Beyond age, we cannot tell if the dead Virginia Giuffre and Epstein are both in hell at different levels, one or both are in heaven at different levels. We can leave the dead for God to judge, but we must learn even from the limited knowledge we know about the dead. Charlie Kirk wrongly ‘trusted his friends’ about the Epstein files, but he died and we know it was wrong to blindly trust the government then and now. My points include it is dangerous to trust governments, not just the u.s , UK, Israel, etc.
Nothing is more truthful than your own personal experiences. My country, the Gambia, is not perfect, but may be sexually better than both the U.S. and Iran in character and laws. My experience in the u.s and Canada shows me Trump and Epstein may worship women in public, but can dangerously abuse women who are governed by their governments in questionable freedom and illusory rights. I admire the West for freedom of speech, and that does not mean 100% admiration, or they are not despised in other ways. My own experience is that the West censored and still censors me, but they are not close to like Yahyah Jammeh or Average Arab or Iranians on extreme censorship. Also the level of protection God gives me in different countries cannot be totally credited to visible leaders. Let’s say the u.s scores 75% or xyz, Iran scores 51% or xyz on free speech, New Gambia scores 77% or xyz, etc, it does not mean we trade blame or brag, but ask who will reach 100% first and how to help each other worldwide. The reason I admire the u.s is that they partially figured it out, despite the fact that the Qur’an actually has more hints on the importance of free speech than the bible. Of course, God can teach without religion or angels, but we must admit where facts matter, including where Israel or the U.S. may be better than Iran or xyz. How many people in Israel are in the Trump-Epstein Files, in which ways, and how are they dealt with in which manner, compared to Iran and each country? Well, I am not a sexual saint; I need forgiveness, but that cannot mean being indifferent to huge sexual crimes. As this war continues, we are also gambling more sexual crimes or worse. If you think Trump allegedly raping a girl decades ago matters, then what is recklessly contributing to the killings of over 100 girls? Not intentional is the claim, but why are individuals charged for recklessness and not governments or some governments? Why are we indoctrinated to fight for females or are male victims less valuable?
Considering what they did to Assange and claiming the right to hide truth, including lying and cruelty, it puzzles me how can anyone blindly trust any government, especially western governments. They can paint a perfect image, but the actual characters are often mysteriously dangerous. Was Trump into sexless sexuals (ses) for money and sex? It means how Trump was importing and exporting sexless sexuals like ‘beauty pageants’. You can dismiss the connections of how he awarded Venezuelan girls and now controls a Venezuelan female president. You may not know how President Yahyah Jammeh was also a sex and money president, including an alleged rape of a beauty queen or a sex worker called Toufah Jallow. My point is people/nations may or may not be able to leave their past, but what is the relationship between the past and present? From ses+ for money to war for money? Hello Trump or xyz, ‘you can make millions or billions through the ses industry, but you can make many more billions through wars and other aspects of the presidency’. Ses was argued as freedom and the wars were/are argued for freedom. If the females of this world, including Iranian females, are mesmerised by Western claims or image, then time will reveal that conscience is higher than both genders. I am slightly very different on LGBTQ affairs, but what the openly gay Lord Mandelson did through the Epstein files reveal not just riches, but many things I may not be able to weave in this piece. Impositions are dangerous but freedom without knowledge seems much more dangerous.
I am not among those who are mourning the Iranian leader, I do not mourn leaders in general… I instead wish the Iranians, and the world, much better leaders and systems. I know I can argue for freedom of speech and other personal sovereignty (rights) through the Qur’an, but the Western world is censoring my type and rather uses weapons against them. Of course God can bypass me, you, and them to teach the Iranians+ directly. However, the nature of human test means between humans before God’s final judgment. Ch.103 demands a checklist that is far superior than the so-called five pillars of Islam, the Bible, or even the different constitutions I read.
It does not make sense to take sides by nation, gender, race, religion, etc, but side with 100% truth and try to attain the sweetest patience in our questionable world. Are Humans the only creatures that have ‘d[oers of]evils as leaders for testing purposes? It does not mean the leaders are 100% devilish, but even 25% devilish can be dangerous, depending on which branches. This further means a hard test, because it can mean you and me to sometimes ‘defend’ Trump, u.s, Barrow, the Gambia’s official standing, etc . Lying and cruelty are terrible at the personal level, so normalising them or committing them at group or government levels can be too dangerous. Depending on age and the slow evolution of humans will demand tolerance or patience between individuals and nations. However, the purpose of tolerance and patience include learning. Individuals or nations that refuse learning will likely taste the hardest patience towards the hardest patience. So we must learn fast, repent fast, amend fast. Yes, some may rejoice in specious blessings like wealth and sex, but for how long? Both Epstein and Trump may have enjoyed money and pretty-looking females, but are they enjoying the most today? Once you understand God can give you more than those even in this world, you may try to outperform your parents, their parents, and earthly leaders on character and mysterious rewards. The whole world revolves around conscience. So learn from other conscientious folks and quickly try to permanently connect with the living conscientious Lord. I wish I was a millionaire and a president but that cannot guarantee my present high happiness remains or the limited pain I feel goes away. Admitting that God can bless you through wealth, sex, etc., is also vital. Our health is higher than wealth, but we dare not look down on every unhealthy or dead person. We try to have the highest character and highest reward at the personal to the worldwide level.
