The first daughter of Anambra State Governor, Adaora Soludo, has been appointed as the women’s leader of President Bola Tinubu’s political support group, City Boy Movement.
A statement by a top aide of Anambra State Governor confirmed that Adaora was appointed to lead the women’s wing of the movement.
Her father, Soludo, is the leader of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA),a supposed opposition party in the country.
The source said: “Anambra State Media Director of City Boy Movement, has confirmed this. It is now authentic,” he said.
This is coming a few days after the leader of the movement in the state, Mr. Obinna Iyiegbu, also known as Obi Cubana, led other members of the executive of the group to visit Governor Chukwuma Soludo at the Light House, Awka.
The meeting was believed to be centered around devising plans to ensure that President Tinubu’s victory is assured in Anambra State.
