![A 25% to 100% Crime Reduction Blueprint Strategies matter, and all strategies are not equal. Focus on the minimum of 25% to trust me or read on, or doubt on the 100% because you are pessimistic, but put a number you trust before you read the proposed details and a different number after you read or see the implemented ideas. Every stage I present will be with feasible numbers, so journeying through all the stages requires determination, sacrifice, and hopefully sweet patience. The stages include: Education, minor rewards, re-education, major rewards. The good news is part of it can be with or without the governments, since governments are hard to convince on doing unprecedented good. Yes! The Blueprint revolves around nationwide and worldwide culture of Cameras, except I am detailing aspects in ways I was yet to use. Mass education, Mass Access, Mass Participation, and up to Mass rewarding beyond money. Yes! We will need money to implement the Blueprint, but a few millions for some small countries, and a few billions for worldwide realization. First, let me tease you with what all of us can relate to: money. Yes, this plan includes how to make hundreds or thousands of new millionaires while helping eliminate or reduce crime. Again, our definition of crime may vary, and different countries are at different levels, may run the plan differently, so may arrive at different levels of achievements. You may need to search my recent article: 'two to hundred Billion dollars for world peace and security' to have a better understanding on some aspects, including technical feasibilities I will avoid repeating here. The new higher quality of body cameras will significantly boost interest and mass participation is tantamount to mass success. Stage One or Education: By using much greater education on how all citizens must invest in body cameras, will modestly boost participation. ' Invest or stop complaining about crime+ or blind trust without irrefutable evidence.' Me doing it may yield one to twenty percent boost; Trump, Elon Musk, president Tinubu, Barrow, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, etc may see ten to twenty percent boost. Meaning, trust matters, but we should not underestimate the importance of the message (education). We will have national and worldwide pitchers. Since my estimate here is even less than the 25% minimum, you should agree I am realistic, not naive, nor doubting some countries may actually register even 50% participation at this stage, depending on the used message and/or deliverer. Detailing the types of messages to use will just lengthen the article and raise too many unnecessary doubts. Think of what you deem fit and let us assume we are using that. Stage Two or Minor Awards: Imagine a weekly or monthly awards of $1000, to $10,000 awards for using your body camera footage to solve a crime or learn something huge through the news. Even announcing such by a trusted voice in every country can have many people buying body cameras. Let's do the rough maths: $1000 a month or three prizes of such is how much for your country and worldwide? Very little and I detailed how to raise the funds in my mentioned article. New company sponsors can be sought. Depending on the riches or size of the country, we should consider $10,000 on the top monthly prize to boost participation. Spending $25 to $100+ on body cameras to reduce crime, and potentially win $1000 or $10,000 is something many may consider. This is a part we can privately do through a special commission of judges, journalists, board, etc. We do not need the government on this aspect. However, the second minor reward of 15 to 25% reward of splitting fines through your footage requires government participation. Luck or The judges and lawmakers will essentially determine how much you make through this stage. I estimate about $25 to $1000+ through such, depending on the country or crime, and many will be happy. Stage Three or re-education: Again, detailing the types of messages I think we should use may be controversial or premature to discuss. However, by simply announcing our monthly winners and educating how their videos helped will likely boost participation towards 50% or more in the average countries. Showing real winners on TV and social media will certainly trigger more interest towards mass buying or participation. Stage Four or major reward: Million dollars is both small and big. It is small in the sense of raising it per country or raising one to xyz billion dollars if we can convince billionaires or governments of the effective nature of our strategy. Million dollars is also big in the sense that the poor and many rich folks will gladly receive it as a huge blessing while trying to do good. Meaning, even millionaires may buy and remember to permanently turn on their body cameras, vehicle cameras, etc to potentially win good money. From the minor rewards to the announcing of this minimum of million dollars per country, I estimate about 75% may participate in many countries. Feel free to doubt my numbers, but you may agree every stage is vital and will help reduce crimes, from deterrence to convictions. Doing the maths: Let say there are about 300 countries in the world, or to participate. That is still way under one billion dollars even if we add modest second and third prizes raffle or merit based analysis per country. Again, countries spent billions on weapons to destroy through wars, catch international criminals, etc. Feel free to debate politicians will be hard to convince, but about ten percent of presidents/leaders may actually gladly participate through tax payers funding of such, if the idea reaches them. Those ten percent likely know billionaires who will be interested in funding such to speed up human evolution on character and beyond. Here again, an NGO or movement can handle the awards based on raffle and/or merit based. I am most concerned with mass participation, so I think the raffle is much better. With enough money, we can have both. Remember the stages and understand the human mind: 'for the month of May, we have awarded about 1000 people different amounts and all of them are now entered in a million dollar lottery/raffle will trigger more participation and hope.' My body camera caught a petty thief and your body camera or vehicle camera caught a rapist of an adult woman is for 'merit based folks ' to debate, but if my thief would have raped a child, then let God decide who deserves a nice financial reward through stages of deterrence, including contribution to convictions. The village boy or girl will be more willing to understand that the prospects are closer and beyond crimes. I will consider learning or news making videos of even animals to be considered for potential awards. Our target is mass participation, so let the villagers be encouraged beyond potential rape that is near zero in some poor but caring areas. Since the primary raffle is likely between a few thousands, not millions, the prospect of winning is much higher than traditional lottery. Meaning, switch or split your lottery budget towards the best 'raffle' for humankind yet? Although I am presenting the plan as a worldwide plan, I expect you to pitch it from a national level. By ascertaining all ministers in your country get this article, one may be able to convince your president or leader towards actions. If you share with journalists who may publish and/or write it differently, a billionaire or centi-millionaire may be interested in making it happen. I happen to be from a poor country called the Gambia, but we have few people that can realize it with or without the potential of making decent money through the plan. By opening a world class camera store and following the plan, countless poor Gambians or xyz will buy. Confronting the Pessimistics: You have the disbelievers, but also the doubters. The disbelievers in the good of cameras can have all kinds of fears and excuses I am not interested to debate here, but willing to debate anyone on TV. As for the doubters, they may claim things like affordability. Yes, there may be ten percent of Gambians or xyz who are struggling on food at times, but they also own smartphones and expensive dresses in the poor villages. The messaging in some good months will send poor folks to buy, the awards can boost buyers, the real mass achievements of less crimes by even animals will uplift the poor. Our cameras will help certain farmers detect destructive monkeys or pigs+ earlier, boost their production for food or your cost. Our generation must accept body cameras as a huge blessing that must be worldwide. Cameras are tight to food, security, better character, health, etc. So let us accept the level we have, research further as my other mentioned article hinted, and help the poor+ to own enough cameras. Considering mass access of various body cameras is indeed a problem in many countries, I think the rich folks and politicians are the pessimistic guilty ones, but how many of them may repent and amend if we share to educate them? The journalists are arguably the second guilty doubters who may 'repent, amend, and proclaim' until realised, as ch.2:160 hinted differently. Cameras, money, and crime rates: If the title is about crime rates, then why is the article leaning on money and cameras? Reducing crime is primarily through education, but cameras help in both deterrence and securing convictions. The way we convince people to mass participate in camera buying will speed up with money or financial rewards. Any sane person will agree that if 75% of individuals own body cameras, have vehicle cameras, house cameras, farm cameras, etc it can reduce over 25% of crimes. Most countries hardly see 10% reduction in crime in a year, and even some measure reduction in questionable ways. So my title is a range, depending on a country and other issues. Do not endlessly debate against me, my plan, the title, etc, but accept reality, share, or come up with a better plan or writing. Seeing what may help your country or the world significantly reduce crime is a major blessing that demands you employing efforts, not doubting. Among the descriptions of Heaven is 'free of lies [and cruelties]'. Should we try to build heaven on earth, aspects of heaven, or just pray for heaven? Cameras are heavenly and may God give the best heavens to those who sincerely try to give others the aspects of heaven humans can offer to humans. I know devils hate cameras, so I can fairly assume God loves cameras, gave us cameras, and may he give us much better cameras within weeks, worldwide. When rich countries like the u.s are branding cellular phones to record in protests or crimes, it reveals the journalists+ are not doing their job in urging for mass buying of body cameras. Also for fairly rich countries like the u.s, I will suggest one million dollars award per state or the big states. Billionaires like Pretzker, Bloomberg, and how many residents of Florida may be strongly opposed to the law that bars even recording of abusive cops? By partnering up, we can remove such laws through mass participation and raise your prospects towards winning the next presidency or governorship. The Democrats or xyz can complain or try to educate the masses, or even consider laws and subsidies towards mass culture of cameras. I hope God realizes it worldwide in 2026, but if we push for rich countries in 2026, R&D and others can force them to upgrade, or results may pressure the 'followers' to eventually accept investing in cameras is arguably better than weapons, prisons, questionable roads, etc. If all or many countries participate and how many states in a country, then how many millionaires am I helping create? Remember the crimes to deter or solve, remember the learning and other good things. May God bless the caring who will publish and/or share. The children of the world are varyingly entrusted to all of us, so the childless writer may arguably care or contribute more than the careless or average parent and official. Although the title can fit in many categories, I will actually focus on social media failings. As Mr. Mark Zuckerberg of Meta is dragged to court over intentional harming of children and teenagers, or at least of intolerable negligence against the vulnerable, the guilty media or limited angry parents are under diagnosing the problem? If you have three to ten diseases, and claim or confront only one, then you may likely recycle through problems, because the other d[oers of]evils or diseases will likely grow.
The accusations revolve around mental health, an area I believe our evolving science and technology has very limited knowledge of, or a lot more learning to do. Our Politicians have even much more learning to do, but the lack of honesty from the parents to the politicians may hamper getting or accepting the needed divine knowledge. By sacrificing Meta with a huge fine towards the potentially guilty and under-repenting parents, lawyers, and the u.s government, we may wrongly celebrate in placebo effects or wishful thinking. It takes much more than punishment in the nasty world of Capitalism that over-commercialises even the judiciary, and that is not to argue punishment is not part of the solution. ‘Will all repent’ is implicitly asking will all admit, be charged, or be willing to adjust in probation or our earthly respite?
Guilt by Association: The time coincided with the Epstein Files and how many people are faulted or punished for associating with Epstein in even non-sexual matters? My point is ‘guilt by association’ can be very real negligence or indifference, but can it be overstretched? The western world is hard to properly gauge, they have demonstrated power or blessing in many aspects, but where are they guilty of weaknesses, terrible choices, and/or even evident or seeming curses? Jarga! Did you forget guilty Africa or claiming Africans+ are dangerously following, not learning quick, and included in the title? Well, I will detail more later. However, the sub-title means if dealing with Epstein on finance or philanthropic matters after knowing his sexual crimes is bad, then how is associating with Mark Zuckerberg or any of his companies after knowing he contributed or still contributing to the mental health issues of millions of children? I do not think Elon Musk or others are any or much better. You can argue sex or females are more special, or even the need to wait for conviction. I think my posting of this article on Facebook will be censored at what level, or may educate at least one parent may be better than my total retreat from Facebook. I and millions also use WhatsApp, another company owned by Meta, so should our illiterate African or xyz parents be charged with guilt by association? We can endlessly debate on such or proceed to deeper diagnosis and potential solutions.
Failing Parents: last night, I asked my sister in law: ‘do you set the parental settings of the children (my nieces) or you just give them the smartphones’. She told me: you are part of it, you are here, take the phones and set them… Apparently, I am not a biological parent, but a parent to how many beyond my immediate nieces? An indirect parent like me must be very careful, I rather stop on advising on many issues, and if a stranger from Ghana or xyz learns more than my brother and the wife, then a government of mine or others may learn to help in which ways? Which caring influencer, company, or government will make a video: ‘Bad or questionable parents refuse to even set parental settings on smartphones, then blame which companies and governments in distributed or layers of responsibilities?’ . Accept it will help millions of children or argue how thousands or millions of questionable children may find a loophole you are not ready to fix, or appreciate how childless folks or better parents may think and contribute to the ‘success’ of your children. Another ad: ‘Good parents demand or do monthly assessment on phone usage, time limit settings, suspicious reportings, etc. ‘ So the direct versus indirect parents cannot be equally guilty or equal in willingness to repent.
The parents that brought the lawsuit are ‘heroes’ in some ways, but how many of them are truly honest and ready to learn in which ways? One of the parents admits her child was posting bad stuff and receiving bad too… If the proceeds of the fine can extend to setting up a national or worldwide regulatory body, then that is a fractional victory I will prefer over illusory trickle down theory or let each sue by groups of individuals or by nations. If the mental harm reaches suicide, that is easy evidence, but if over thousand Gambian or xyz children are suffering different types of mental harm through Instagram or xyz, then how is a awarded fine or restitution to few brave parents help our African children? You can endlessly argue, but a worldwide dilemma is here and we the activists are either cursed or mysteriously blessed. Who said the mental illness was 10% or xyz due to parental shortcomings; 35% or xyz due to Meta; 15% or xyz due to other social media; a percentage to many factors and governments or even the questionable teenagers. You may accuse me of blaming victims, but tell me which culprit have I spared, and I authorise you to go after such.
Failing Companies: Although I am using the term failing, my writings tend to focus on suggestions or potential solutions. In this case too, we must approach it with direct and indirect companies, similar to direct and indirect parents. I will not waste much time on how the social media may adjust, because other writers and the investigations may do a better job on that identified disease. We have a system of protecting whistle-blowers of companies, but I am also looking for a system of rewarding whistle-blowers more than the brave ‘guilty’ parents or guilty-victims. A special commission or special jury can study the contributors of whistle-blowers and proportionately award them to speed up human evolution, curb company wrongs, and encourage the brave and grateful who risk joblessness in our terrible capitalist world.
The other part of the failing companies, which interest me more, is the phone manufacturers and operating system owners. I will bore many readers if I get too technical, but our journalists and politicians can now explore what we can do on this end. Special operating systems for teenagers, a special patch, or special periodic notifications to parents, including factory resets… Again, more is possible at many levels, but imaginative or futuristic suggestions are not for the average reader and may demand new research. Many companies can afford such research, or let part of the billions they may take from Meta be directed towards such research. Should I be part of that research team at what level or activists should be jobless, feared, and hated in Capitalism? God is providing and may he help every caring soul, not just the good to great activists.
Failing governments: Australia and how many governments are banning which teenagers and children from social media? Human evolution is sometimes questionable and hardly consistent or the same speed. We can vaguely claim the west is the first to have smartphones and social media for their children, but how many years before 10% or more of Africans did? We can be slightly more precise with thought provoking questions: America or xyz was ahead of Australia in making guns and social media, but Australia and xyz are quicker to repent than the u.s, and Africans are worse or often last to repent with illusory excuses on which issues? I mean Africa may not have huge suicide rates like the u.s, but it does not mean our children may not be suffering from other social media ills. Asking which African countries will act first, by how much, and which will be last to meaningfully act are all relevant. Who will make an ad: ‘We are bad Africans, we will not move to help children or teenagers unless pressured by the west or xyz; instead we do total internet black-out if we are caught doing bad things or the teenagers are rightly or wrongly protesting…’ .
Meta and other social media companies are not hurting only western children. Individuals in the u.s act to benefit mainly individuals and their law firms. Europe often acts at the government levels with huge fines against big companies, collecting billions for officials or up to public good. Which Asian countries act by banning or which other methods, from parents to government level? African governments and African individuals are guilty at what levels compared to African companies in the dangerous tail of Capitalism? They will sell the excuse that international politics is different, and the naive will buy every forwarded excuse. Neither your countries, nor the AU is capable of what at education level, re-education level, and other confronting levels up to the courts?
I have provided a simple effective ad on ‘ bad parents refuse even parental settings, monthly assessment , etc… ‘, but what is enough ad and how often should it repeat? Any ads for the kids? Rather than regulating towards unlimited Internet access or renegotiating with the world towards better Internet deals, our African governments are blindly allowing questionable African companies to lure our children with more ‘social media bundles ‘ as deals. Hello Gambian or xyz children, we are blind to your mental issues, we are deaf to their problems or suggested solutions, we are dumb on ‘exhort each other to truth…’ even after Jarga blows the trumpet of truth? Who offers social media deals, because university or safer learning bundle deals are yet to exist? You can argue it is for the adults too, but can African governments regulate in stopping such messages (ads) and deals to teenagers and children? You can argue millions of guilty parents will allow their children to use adults’ phones, or admit millions will not and even the debate may help. Do we need special social media for the children, or understand the worst of teenagers do mislead younger teenagers, children, and even some adults to deserve which mental health issues? Yes! Call me crazy or mean, but nature or God has a very complex test for humankind on earth. So if we invite people into this questionable world, we add responsibilities to ourselves and should remind our children our choices matter at every age.
The earth comes with mild natural challenges, but the man-made challenges due to our obsession with sex, money, and image take it to very dangerous levels. Our choices tend to be like seeds, some growing like vegetables in short term or trees in long term, except dangerous weeds or deadly trees exist with negative choices. So how do we uproot a dangerous weed, dangerous tree, or deadly tree will start with knowing, identifying, and what level of efforts? You can learn from others’ mistakes or wait for your turn, but time and the contents of time (ch.103) mean something to me. So I admit the good through social media, but how do we confront the bad with truth and patience? How much social media is dangerous for children, teenagers, and even adults? The honest reality is we are still learning or under learning.
I am slightly addicted to social media, even though I mainly use two: Facebook and YouTube. I consider both bad in respect to censorship, because I happen to be a fierce writer who attacks even the over adored western world in very unique ways, so they fear me very differently. Actually, youtube banned my channel with vague excuses and I am not yet sure if I want to open another channel to go through similar banning, after shadow censoring they did for years. I can still benefit from youtube through receiving, but I cannot post or comment. I can share videos through WhatsApp and others with my comments. I refused to install tik-tok, Instagram, etc. My twitter or X is dormant, because the capitalist companies over complicate ‘divorce’, they need to lie with numbers, be cruel or indifferent to even teenagers, and wrongly over-brag on financial looting as achievements. If a very strong adult like me understands some dangers in social media, then I warn you and your teenagers to be careful.
Legalize but ban Advertisements: Some countries ban the advertising of bad or questionable products or services, including cigarettes, alcohol, etc. So if we agree social media is increasingly or intolerably dangerous, then banning its advertisements at what levels can be good? Adding a special tax on dangerous products and services is legit to offset the ills. Other smart restrictions are possible, from personal, state, federal, and international levels. If these capitalist billionaires are admitting or claiming they cannot control even social media, then brace for more excuses and indifference on AI. I wonder if God or xyz have much control on AI , offer respite until when, or we confront the devils with every knowledge and fiber God offers.
Although I used the term ‘addicted’ to social media, I am largely the type that can withdraw from almost anything, anyone, anyplace… I only mean I use ‘too many hours’ on social media compared to my preference, but I can and did abstain without problems. It is not only mental issues, but too much social media can lead to physical issues, especially if you do not have good changing posture and special gadgets like projectors…
Problematic adults’ rights are like the dangerous bridges children must skip or go through in which ways? A choking challenge is certainly not for even sane adults, let alone which crazy teenagers or children? From freedom of expression or largely cruel pursuit of wealth in heartless Capitalism, we allow too many dangerous things where tolerance matters, but tolerance actually exists for learning purposes. So tolerance without learning is dangerous. Freedom without knowledge is dangerous. Boxing and countless dangerous sports exist for mainly money, which means luring crazy boys towards head injury or probable mental issues in later life. After luring some adults, they lure the boys, then the girls will beg or fight in the name of fun or xyz. After luring the west or xyz, Africans will likely follow in our complex crazy world of good and questionable importing.
I rather have the countless great plants of every continent coming my way, with or without social media from every country… Well Jarga, how many plants have you learned about through social media? That is just temptation unless realized by the facilitating God, so it is not much different from a pretty girl/woman stripping for you until when? Wait until you are mature or come over as my special vegan partner, but how can we smartly survive under these bloody meat eating leaders of this world? Luring individuals, luring companies, and even luring governments hardly care for mutual uplifting or 100% honesty. So may a honest God give us the best now or help us defeat all guilty folks and give us the best as reward.
The free world of nature is my preference, but I am also a technology oriented person, especially to enhance nature. I am dreaming of owning my own personal aircraft and/or making it for others. Considering I am a writer and care about people, I need to interact with people in one form or another. Technology makes it possible to help or receive help from a distance. The ability to utilise what I learned from the u.s then and now, learned from different places and God, and help multiple countries through a few hours is largely a blessing that can rise. I still prefer yoga, walking under the sun, spending time on the beach, exercise, etc over anything above two hours a day on social media. My time on social media is not wasted and largely safe, but how do we help the willing in and beyond social media if the guilty governments consider my type too dangerous?
Epstein reportedly hurts hundreds or thousands; Mark Zuckerberg reportedly hurts millions daily; your Internet service provider in your country wants more or less social media for teenagers+; me and you are helping or hurting thousands or millions through social media? Well, let us do our best and ch.103 imposed patience on us with many branches, but 100% truth before and with sweet patience is my target or level. Will you urge a parent, company, or government through specific or general sharing?
