Oborevwori Approves Financial Assistance For Indigenes In Nigeria Law Schools

In a significant move, Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori has approved financial assistance for Delta State indigenes studying in the seven Nigeria Law Schools across the country.
This announcement, made by the Executive Secretary of the Delta State Scholarship Board, Dr. Godfrey Enita, is “a testament to the governor’s commitment to human capital development and quality governance”.
This approval follows closely on the heels of the governor’s recent approval of the 2022/2023 bursary award to over 30,000 students of Delta State origin in tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
According to the statement, the financial assistance is in line with Governor Oborevwori’s MORE agenda, aimed at advancing human and infrastructural development in the state.
“The governor’s actions demonstrate his dedication to delivering quality governance and improving the lives of Deltans. By providing financial support to law students, Governor Oborevwori is investing in the future of the state’s legal profession and ensuring that Delta State indigenes have access to quality education”.
This move has been met with enthusiasm from the public, with many praising the governor’s efforts to advance human capital development in the state.
