Bbnaija- Drama Unfolds as Chinwe and Zion Leave and Ebuka Questions Housemates

Another Sunday live show brought more surprises, with Chinwe and Zion exiting the house, and Ebuka stirring the pot in his usual style.

Last Sunday’s live show marked the end of the road for the Zinwe pair. Chinwe and Zion entered Biggie’s house with high hopes of being the last pair standing, but the house proved to be anything but predictable.

As they made their exit, the remaining housemates warmly embraced them, though Nelly stayed seated in her Head of House chair, seemingly unmoved by their departure.

During their post-eviction interview with Ebuka, Chinwe shared that Floruish’s eviction had hit her hard, and dealing with her own illness made the past week particularly challenging. Zion reflected on his time in isolation with Chinwe, calling it a significant learning experience.

Despite Chinwe’s concerns about his focus on her, Zion insisted that the experience taught him a lot. There was even a near-breakup after a heartfelt conversation about Chinwe’s feelings, but Zion quickly dismissed any rumors, confidently declaring, “Expect Zinwe for life.” Now, both Chinwe and Zion are preparing for the journey that lies ahead outside the house.

Ebuka wasn’t just there to say goodbye; he was also ready to shake things up. His first target was Anita, the current Head of House. After a brief congratulations, Ebuka dove straight into the age-gate drama that left both viewers and Anita puzzled. The confusion stemmed from conflicting statements about Topher’s age.

While Topher initially claimed to be the same age as Anita, Ben contradicted this by revealing that Topher is younger, saying he’s “26 or something like that.” The relationship between Anita and Topher, affectionately dubbed the “Tonita ship,” has been sailing smoothly, but Ebuka’s questions have now cast a shadow of doubt.

Ebuka then turned up the heat with Shaun, asking if Wanni was merely his second choice. This question arose from speculation that Shaun had chosen Wanni over Nelly because Nelly wasn’t showing interest.

Without hesitation, Shaun affirmed that Wanni has always been his top choice, with no backup plan in sight. Their connection, which began outside the house, remains strong, proving that their bond is still intact.

Onyeka also found herself in the spotlight when Ebuka asked why she felt like a threat to the Aces’ relationship, even suggesting that Nelita chose them as house guests to avoid the Aces. Onyeka dismissed the idea, explaining that her comments were based on her own assumptions.

When Ebuka asked if Sooj had done anything to make her feel that way, Onyeka said no. Ebuka then shifted the conversation to last night’s incident involving Sooj, who blamed it on alcohol. When asked about the brewing love triangle between herself, Ozee, and Victoria, Onyeka admitted to telling Victoria that she thought Ozee was cute and was trying to figure out where she stood with him.

However, she made it clear that she respects the friend zone and is mindful of her place in the house.

Ebuka continued his tough questioning, asking Ben who he would give his last piece of meat to Anita or Chizoba. After a brief pause, Ben chose Chizoba.

Finally, Fairme David shared his perspective, stating that he doesn’t see a divide in the house; people simply connect with those they like. He also downplayed Ebuka’s analysis of their seating arrangement, calling it insignificant.

As Ebuka dubbed the housemates “ultimate love,” he made it his mission to shake up as many relationships as he could. With Zinwe, the only confirmed couple, now out of the house, the pressure is on for the remaining pairs to survive the week. Shaun and Wanni are already not on speaking terms, so only time will tell how their relationships will evolve.
