JUST IN: Telegram Founder Pavel Durov Arrested in France

—

Telegram founder Pavel Durov has reportedly been arrested in France.

The news was revealed by British social media personality Andrew Tate in a tweet on Saturday night.

According to Tate, Durov’s arrest stems from his refusal to censor content on his messaging platform.

Potential charges against Durov include support for terrorism, drug trafficking, complicity in crimes, mass fraud, money laundering, concealment, pedophile content, and sanctions evasion.

Tate expressed concern that authorities aim to control information globally through such actions.

The situation is developing, and more details are expected to emerge.
