Chelsea FC has announced the signing of United States international Caleb Wiley from MLS side Atlanta United.
Wiley has signed a six-year contract with the option for an additional year.
Wiley came through Atlanta United’s youth setup and spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons with Atlanta United 2 in the USL Championship. This season, he has made 23 appearances across all competitions for Atlanta.
Currently, Wiley is with the U.S. Men’s Soccer Team in Paris, preparing for the 2024 Olympic Games.
