In The Next Two Months, Nigerians Will Reap The Benefits Of Tinubu’s Govt- Shittu

—

The former Minister of Communication Adebayo Shittu has expressed confidence that in the next two months the Tinubu-led administration would bring succor to the Nigerian people.

Speaking on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, Shittu stated that the campaign promises made by president Bola Ahmed Tinubu were achievable and in no distant time Nigerians would begin to reap the dividends of the APC-led federal government.

The former Minister who lauded Tinubu track records as the former governor of Lagos state added that the enduring legacies and style of leadership demonstrated in Lagos state by the president would be replicated at the federal level.

While noting that his efforts to introduce the ICT University while serving as minister were stalled due to lack of support by the Buhari’s government, the former Oyo state Attorney General stated that the former president was not aware of some of the misappropriations of government funds that transpired under his administration.

Reacting to the recent Local Government Elections in Oyo state which saw a blanket victory for the leading Peoples Democratic Party in the state, Shittu described the poll as fraudulent and undemocratic stating that such act undermines the will of the people and must be condemned regardless.
