The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has on Thursday 25 January 2024, revealed that the Lagos Red Line rail would be begin operation in February.
Speaking at the Lagos West Senatorial District Town Hall Meeting held at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Sheraton, Ikeja, Sanwo-Olu, stated that the state government had written formally to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu notifying him of the planned unveiling billed for February.
“Our Red Line rail will be unveiled in February. In fact, we have written officially to Mr President to come and help us unveil it in February this year,” he added.
